Today, together with Paul (your nurse), we helped you into the armchair; you also managed to sit on the edge of the bed for a few seconds without support.
You are still very weak, and it will certainly take many more days to recover fully, but you seem to be a very determined person, so I am sure you will make it.<\/p>\n\n
You are still using the tracheostomy to breathe, but we are working to make your breathing spontaneous and independent.<\/p>\n\n
Today you used the speaking valve again and we had a little chat.<\/p>\n\n
