Good evening Mirko,
I am Piergiorgio, the nurse who cared for you this afternoon.

It is the first day I have looked after you, and I am happy to see the great progress you have made; you are quite discouraged because you are beginning to realize the situation, but you continue to take small steps toward recovery.
Today, for example, you sat in the armchair for more than 5 hours and did not need the ventilator to breathe all day; a high flow of air and oxygen was sufficient.

This evening you even gave a beautiful smile, and I hope it is the first of an infinite series.
I will be working more often over the next few days and will certainly come to see the progress you make.
